Andrew Holbrook

Clinical Interests: Paediatric Musculoskeletal and sports injuries, lower limb biomechanics and injury prevention strategies, elite and recreational sports rehabilitation

Charlotte Ward

Physiotherapist

Charlotte Ward is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in the treatment of musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She uses a combination of manual therapy and acupuncture to support recovery and restore function.

Since qualifying in 1990, she has gained extensive experience across the NHS and private practice, including establishing a successful sports injury clinic. She later specialised in Orthopaedic Medicine, working in both Toronto and the United States, where she developed particular expertise in spinal conditions, ACL rehabilitation, and rotator cuff injuries.

Charlotte has a special interest in assessing postural, muscle, and movement imbalances, and in prescribing targeted rehabilitation programmes to help patients regain strength, mobility, and long-term function. She continues to advance her clinical skills through ongoing postgraduate training.

Outside of her clinical work, Charlotte enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. She is a keen golfer and also enjoys travelling, hiking, running, and line dancing.

Gisela Payne

Sports and Remedial Massage Physiotherapist

Clinical Interests: Myofascial and neuromuscular techniques, visceral manipulation, women’s health, kinesio-taping, clinical pilates and exercise rehabilitation

Greg Howells

Melanie Betts

Physiotherapist

Melanie is the practice owner and lead clinician at Melanie Betts Physiotherapy. Melanie qualified as a chartered physiotherapist in 1989. She went on to gain her postgraduate Diploma in sports medicine in 1996 and an MSc in manipulative physiotherapy in 2001.
Melanie worked within the NHS framework after qualifying, then moved to the USA, working in Florida. On returning from the States in moved into private practice. She has experience as a qualified First Contact Practitioner in the NHS.
Throughout her career Melanie has been involved in various sports medicine roles, from RFC to international figure skating and many sports in between. Melanie was physio to the GB swim team from 1995-1999 and the governing body physiotherapist to the GB target shooting teams 2001-2010. These roles saw her attending the commonwealth Games in Manchester 2002, Melbourne 2006, and Glasgow 2012. She was also part of the team GB medical team for Athens 2004 and London 2012 Olympic games..
Melanie is an experienced lecturer and presenter and a clinical mentor for MSC students from around the country and overseas.
In her spare time, she is an accomplished triathlete, representing GB age group teams in all distances from Olympic to Long distance at European and World Championships.

Viren Dhimar

I am a Band 7 Physiotherapist with experience working across a variety of NHS and private healthcare settings throughout the UK, including acute medical, community, neurorehabilitation, and musculoskeletal services. I currently work as a Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist at Tudor Physiotherapy, including weekend clinics, and have worked across multiple regions including the Midlands, Wales, and Guernsey. My clinical interests include sports rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and neurological rehabilitation.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through gym training and a multitude of racket sports. I’m passionate about personal development, business innovation, and finding new ways to improve both patient care and the overall rehabilitation experience.
