With over 25 years of clinical experience, I am a dedicated physiotherapist with a wealth of expertise in musculoskeletal health. My career began with a decade in the NHS, where I worked alongside orthopaedic consultants to establish specialised rehabilitation programmes for knee and back pain. Following this, I refined my skills at various sports injury clinics across Coventry and Oxfordshire, eventually joining the team at Tudor Physiotherapy in 2010.
My professional passion lies in helping people return to the sports and lifestyles they love. I believe in a tailored approach, using individualised treatment and exercise plans to achieve lasting results. I have a particular interest in sports and running mechanics, ensuring that movement is as efficient and pain-free as possible.
Outside of the clinic, I am a lifelong sports and music enthusiast. Whether I’m on the tennis court, golf course, or cricket pitch, I stay active in the local sporting community. My background also includes years of playing rugby and coaching junior rugby, giving me a unique perspective on the physical demands of team sports

Before you start treatment with us, it is important you book in for an initial assessment so we can assess your needs, and discuss a treatment plan.
For all new patients registered with Tudor Physiotherapy, our team will conduct an initial assessment, where they will screen your condition or injury, to gain an understanding of the lack of movement or pain in the problem area. By understanding the reason behind the pain or problem you’re having, they will be able to discuss with you the treatment techniques to be completed. In most cases, your treatment will begin throughout your first session with us. If you would like to find out more, we have gone into further detail about what will happen in your first physiotherapy session with Tudor Physiotherapy. We assist a wide range of patients including self-referring patients and private medical insurance clients.
